About the Necronomicon
The Necronomicon is a book supposedly written over 5000 years ago, by a person refered to as the 'Mad Arab'. The writer H. P. Lovecraft wrote much about the Necronomicon in his tales, though he has also written much about its ficticious nature, claiming that he invented the book. The book, written by 'Abdul Alhazred', runs roughly 800 pages in length. It is said to have been copied many times into various languages, including Latin, Greek and English. The book, according to the mythos, contains the formulae for invoking incredible things into visible appearance - daemons, monsters and Gods among them.
Whether or not the book presented here is a fake, I cannot say. If I have breached copyright laws, I am not aware of it. Fact or fiction, the works presented make for interesting reading at the very least - at the most, untold power.
